2. Technology Architecture and Core Advantages

1. Drive system: The combination of three-phase asynchronous motor and frequency converter is adopted to realize 0-1500rpm stepless speed regulation. The motor power covers 3kW-75kW and is suitable for different load requirements. The inverter supports 12 safety functions such as overload protection and phase loss protection, and the failure rate is less than 0.3%.

2. Braking system: Equipped with electromagnetic brake hydraulic buffer device for double braking, braking distance ≤ 0.5m (full load condition), braking time ≤ 0.2s, to ensure safe shutdown in emergency situations. The service life of the brake is more than 500000 times, and the maintenance period is extended to 2000 hours.

2. Common Troubleshooting

(1) The motor cannot be started: check the power supply phase (three-phase voltage deviation ≤ 5%), frequency converter parameter setting (acceleration time is recommended for 3-5s), and thermal relay protection status.

(2) Brake failure: Measure the brake coil resistance (standard value 50-200Ω) and check the oil level of the hydraulic buffer device (to be kept at 1/2 of the observation window).

(3) Abnormal transmission noise: detect the gear meshing clearance (standard value 0.2-0.4mm), and check the wear of the elastic element of the coupling (the elastic body thickness shall be replaced if the elastic body is reduced by more than or equal to 20%).
